Is the film library included or does it cost extra?
Included, on every package. There is no separate VOD subscription and no per-title charge. The same line that gives you live channels gives you the library.
How often are new titles added?
Every week. New releases usually appear within days, and series are updated as new episodes air rather than at the end of a season.
Can I watch in the original language with subtitles?
In most cases yes. The majority of titles carry several audio tracks and subtitle files, selectable from inside the player.
Is everything available in 4K?
Where a 4K master exists, that is what we carry. Older films exist only in HD or SD because that is the highest quality that was ever produced, not because of a limit on the plan.
Can I request a title that is missing?
Yes. Message support with the name. We cannot promise every request, but the library grows partly from what subscribers ask for.
